NAISEF Registration Process

 

NAISEF registration is all online. All students will follow ISEF Rules and Guidelines regulations and will submit ISEF forms. Registrations are considered complete when all forms and documents have been completed and uploaded. For time/date stamp considerations, the completion date/time is used to determine when the entry was received. 

Senior Division and Junior Division project pre-approvals closes January 2024. NAISEF registration closes Spring 2024. Register early to ensure your spot for the in-person and virtual fair.

To Register:

  1. Review the Polices, Procedures and Rules
    1. ​​ISEF International Rules and Guidelines
    2. NAISEF Senior & Junior Division Policies, Procedures, and Rules
  2. Gather contact information for adult sponsor, all team members (if applicable), and all participants' parents/guardians.
  3. Use the ISEF Rules Wizard to determine which forms are required under ISEF Rules.
  4. Download and print required ISEF forms and documents. All projects require the following forms:
    • Form 1: Checklist for Adult Sponsors
    • Form 1A: Student Checklist, including Research Plan/Summary
    • Form 1B: Approval Form
    • Additional forms identified via ISEF Rules Wizard
    • ISEF Official Abstract Form *Note: the ISEF Official Abstract Form is due later than the other required forms.
  5. Download and print AISES NAISEF Media & Liability Release: A parent/guardian must sign for EACH team member (Required)
